From first-year executive member to president to advisor — across CSIT Association of Nepal, AIESEC, and Rotaract. Community organizing isn't something I did on the side. It's been the thread running through everything.
Team Leader — Operations & Marketing
Led the Global Youth Dialogue — a cross-cultural exchange bringing together youth from four countries. Progressed from team member to operations lead to marketing lead across two years.
Executive Member
Led a nationwide hackathon and three workshops — virtual and in-person — managing teams of 5–10 in the first tenure.
Secretary
Organized a national futsal tournament, technical workshops, and onboarding events for 100+ incoming IT students. End-to-end event coordination at scale.
General Secretary
Events regularly drawing 2,000–3,000 attendees. Secured sponsorship agreements, formed institutional partnerships across Nepal's IT industry, and led cross-functional teams of 20–25.
President
Led a team of 16 across all functions. Enabled 20+ individuals to take on formal leadership roles. Maintained partnerships with companies across Nepal's IT industry and managed execution with focus on impact, not just activity.
