Oshan
Shrestha.
Builder. Community organizer. CEO at Triovate Labs.
Kathmandu, Nepal.
I build things — digital and otherwise.
I'm the CEO of Triovate Labs, a small digital systems studio based in Kathmandu. We build websites, marketing systems, and AI integrations for businesses that want results — not just a presence.
Before going all-in on Triovate, I spent five years in leadership at CSIT Association of Nepal — the largest student-led IT organization in Nepal. I started as an executive member in my first year, organized nationwide hackathons and workshops, worked my way up to General Secretary running events for 2,000–3,000 people, and served as President from 2024 to 2025.
Through AIESEC, I led the Global Youth Dialogue — a cross-cultural exchange program that brought together youth from four countries. Through Rotaract, I helped establish a founding chapter as Charter Vice President.
Community organizing isn't separate from my professional work — it's how I understand what people need, how to move a group toward something, and why good systems matter.

How I approach work
Real over impressive
I'd rather ship something that works than something that looks good in a proposal. Results first, polish second.
Systems over one-offs
A website isn't a one-time project — it's a system. Marketing isn't a campaign — it's infrastructure. I build for how things actually operate over time.
Community as context
Five years of community organizing taught me that the people around something matter as much as the thing itself. I apply that thinking everywhere.
